SENATE BILL NO. 193 An Act relating to the payment of wages                    
and claims for the payment of wages which had been placed at the               
bottom of the calendar (page 2567) was before the Senate.                      
                                                                               
Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for              
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page               
2529. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 193(FIN) was                   
adopted and read the second time.                                              
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
